Consolidating data in a relevant manner and orchestrating individual actions is totally useless if the involved actors can't access information for technical or organizational reasons. And spreading information isn't limited to the interactive collaboration of the project team members, information broadcasting has to be enabled for external players (customers, other departments, ...) so that they get it in a meaningful format. Copy-Paste and reporting documents rewriting generate too many hidden costs.

Easy Concerns® is built on a federated model, only architecture able to reproduce without complexifying the richness of processes shared between multiple teams which proceed according to their own internal rules.

  • The license model should in no way slow down the information flow, for this reason:
  • There is no limitation of the number of users participating in a Dynamic Smart Booklet
  • The entity creating the booklet is the only one which need a license, propagation to other entities is totally free. Should this entity connect on your server or choose to install its own Easy Concerns® Stand-alone Supplier Application, there won't be any financial impact limiting the collaboration.
  • The number of "Easy Concerns® servers" or "Easy Concerns® Cloud Services" environnements to which the Booklet is propagated is not limited.
  • Each Booklet can be linked to one or multiple summary documents allowing the broadcasting of a directly printable information in the format expected by the recipient (example: non conformity report).
  • Visual Management documents and dashboards can be customized for each entity, for the efficient combination of a global process and a local management.
  • The standard channels of the WEB 2.0 make the broadcasting to individuals and enterprise portals a seamless operation: RSS feeds, iCalendar feeds, automatic or ad-hoc eMails, integrated contextual chat, SMS, ... (version dependent).
