Maintain transparency in processes is one of the most challenging managemement tasks. Sharing information on a network or an Intranet is far from enough, and even less efficient is the "mass- emailing" of documents and action lists to team members or partners. Each and every team member need appropriate information to be able to bring an efficient contribution to the team.

  • Easy Concerns® manages contextual access rights for each Booklet, dynamically revised based on the roles owned or acquired by each team member. Those rights are derived for any information or information group present in the Booklet based on a configuration matching the organisation of each entity involved in the process. When Booklets are shared among a federation of companies (like clusters), this automated, fine grained access management is even able to physically filter out data leaving the server. This eliminates the common question: "where should I store this information in order to share it with the right persons, internally and externally and only with them?".
  • Information is pushed to each member in real time no matter the server he is connected to (or slightly delayed depending on the chosen configuration). A new team member invited to join an existing Booklet will benefit from a fully automatic resynchronization of all data and documents contained in the Booklet, for which he has the right credentials, even if he is connected to another environment.
  • Everyone is alerted when he has to contribute, whether he has to fill in some information, add documents or report a progress on an action, and this alert is available directly in Easy Concerns® or via other communication channels from the WEB 2.0
  • Built-in orchestration features allow to dynamically adapt the own structure of a Booklet based on validations, information added or actions done. Detailed or synthetized depending on the global progress, information delivered is always relevant.
Traceability is part of transparency. The path to the solution can be as important as the solution itself.
  • Easy Concerns® tracks down all changes and is able to provide a virtual archive of the Booklet at any step of its life cycle. Figuring out who has done what and when is not a challenge anymore. Thanks to this automatic and seamless traceability, processes can be opened to more flexibility and initiative, with the benefits of an increased reactivity and more motivation.
